We have received one or two minor moans that this page is not being updated regularly enough, but we are that busy working on our new online service whilst at the same time providing our happy membership with FREE winners that there just hasn´t been time. Even more top rated Winners TODAY !! But of course you knew that already. The latest round of questions that we are making 100% sure that everyone is aware of the answers to :- 1. Are you not going to have any software at all..? No software will be required or needed. Why is this good news ? Well there will no longer be any speed or compatibility issues ( i.e. Versions of Windows or Mac issues, software crashing or running at a snails pace ) and also no restrictions on how many machines you can use at once ( although we do have security measures in place for those thinking of sharing their log in details, so be warned ). No slow buggy software is the best possible news for everyone !! Software is now very much yesterdays technology and you will in due course see many services of many different types shifting themselves online. 2. Is it going to be or will it be ALL and ONLY available online as from the date you launch this..? RaceXpert will now ONLY be available as an online service from this point forward and all the old software still being used by some will eventually time out completely. 3. If online, will you be using Colour coding for different sections and to separate different areas OR will it all be just 1 or 2 colours like black & white...? Yes we will be using the standard colour coding that members are used to, as well as making the new service fully interactive with sortable columns on the racecards, systems analyser database searches etc, etc The new online service WILL be faster than the dated old software in every way possible and will have lots of features that are not technically possible to achieve with a PC based service. 4. Where can I try out the free test of ratings you are currently running - http://www.online.racexpert.com 5. What are my login details - Username - Your e-mail address. 6. What is my login password - Retrieve lost passwords here http://www.online.racexpert.com/sendpass.php 7. How do I know which horse to back / lay ? - Answer - We provide the best tools there are. We ARE NOT a tipping service. 8. Can you recommend a tipping service ? - Answer - NO Sadly we have NEVER heard of one that we could recommend. 9. Why don´t you provide tips ? - We are busy enough rating every horse in every race to even find the time to think about !! 10. When the full new online services launches will it be interactive as I want to be able to sort things as the software did ? – Answer - YES 11. Will there be an online systems analyser ? - Answer - YES. This will also have ALL the ratings and not just the top rated 12. Which ones are the Neural Ratings ? - Answer - They are currently labelled Ng and Nx on the racecard 13. What is the difference between Ng and Nx ? - Answer - Put simply different experts have different opinions when presented with exactly the same data 14. How can I keep up to date on what is happening - Answer - Save a link to this page somewhere safe and make sure that you check back regularly If your current data supplier is using PC based software they are living in the OLD DAYS. We are sure that you will have noticed that we launched the brand new RaceXpert Neural ratings two days ago. The number of Winners that these ratings ( which are totally unique to us ) trap in the top two at every race in every meeting every day is truly frightening and we could quite easily sell these, on their own, for thousands of pounds !! When teamed together with our unique award winning RaceXpert Speed Figures this represents an absolutely awesome winner finding tool. Still to come on our rebuild is the much loved RX and PR ratings, Forecast SP prices plus another favourite from our old friend Tom Whitley ( who continues throughout to be in close touch with us ), the EP ratings. A piece of information that wasn’t released at the time was that Tom actually never wanted them displayed as they were in the old software. Instead he wanted the last three EP non code specific ratings for each horse to be displayed. This is how they will we will now make them available to you. Once we add back all the original tables that were found in the previous old online service we will be completely reformatting the layout and closing the FREE service. At that point all subscriptions will then recommence their countdown. Make no mistake. RaceXpert is well and truly on its way back so please make sure that you and utilise enjoy the freebie online version whilst it is still there. Please also make sure that you feedback now on anything that YOU need to see to make it the new service everything that YOU need. We may be good but we don´t have a crystal ball so please don´t say that you weren´t asked. Members have already made us aware that Number One on their list, is the old knowledge report which will be available once again !! You will however have also noticed why we are not rushing this rebuild, as we completely missed a meeting in Ireland yesterday!! Along with the "its good to have you back e-mails" we have also had requests for the RX and PR ratings to added back to the FREE cards you are currently able to view. We can confirm that these ratings are returning, along with Forecast Odds which have also been requested. All the additional tables that were also part of the online service will make a welcomed return in due course. However it is time to get excited as before we add these back you will shortly be seeing some BRAND NEW ratings generated by our extremely clever Neural Network. Many years of horse racing data have been used to generate this Network which we believe will make these ratings quite unique. Just to remind you again that there is NO CHARGE for this temporary version of RaceXpert Online and any subscriptions held by us for software will not begin to count down until the full version of the new RaceXpert.com is available. If you haven´t please follow the simple instructions on screen to get yourself up and running. There is also a facility to retrieve forgotten details. Please note that you ARE NOT being charged for this temporary service, so any subscriptions paid will continue to remain intact until we launch the full brand new online service that will completely replace the old software service.

We have been working flat out ( often round the clock ) to try and achieve a delivery deadline that would keep everyone happy. Unfortunately however by doing this we have only been making the job as a whole much bigger for ourselves. It is a simple case of quality and accuracy versus speed, and the two things just do not go together. We would never put out a ratings service that wasn´t everything that our members have come to expect and we are therefore forced to step back and reset our sights to a more achievable March 1st. There is a very real possibility that we may resolve the current glitches prior to that, but for now please bear with us.

We are at this point able to give you some absolutely fantastic news. We are now hoping to be providing Speed Figures again by Friday 22nd January !! There will be no charge to current members for this service which will be provided completely free via the old online portal. Members should also note that to keep our workload to a minimum so that we can concentrate our efforts on the new service we are not currently answering e-mails. Please keep checking back on this page for further details.

We just wanted to take this brief opportunity to say a huge thank you for all the many e-mails of support that we have have received over the last few days from RaceXpert members keen to see this much loved service back and running. There have of course also been one or two predictable dissenters, and those that have no concept of what a massive task is currently underway. But as one member said to us - I know the problems you will have trying to hurry programmers. I am a taxi driver, we have an account with a company that designs computer games. I picked up one of the programmers late one night must have been about 10.30p.m. Just making conversation I said "You must have a deadline to meet working this late?" his reply was "Management have deadlines we have guidelines". All e-mails sent to us have been responded to, but at this point we really need to crack on and concentrate all our time and efforts on the task in hand. RaceXpert will be back and we will be better than ever, but for now your patience would be gratefully received. One bit of excellent news we can give you is that the new service will also now feature IRISH as well as UK RACING something that was a huge gap in our previous service !!

Our brand new online service development is now well underway with a team of full time programmers hard at work. We are of course being asked when RaceXpert members can expect the new ratings service to begin, but for obvious reasons we cannot and will not commit to any potentially unachievable targets. However when the new service commences we may look at giving free extensions to all existing members as a well deserved apology for any inconvenience caused.

Members who had been with us for the last eight years will have noticed that for the last two years at least there has been absolutely no product development. New features being requested by our active membership were also not being added.   The reason this work was not being done was because the company has become so successful that some at the top felt it was perfectly acceptable to just sit back and enjoy the success but do very little else. However this was not a situation which others within the company felt could be allowed to continue. Due therefore to internal company matters which will now become the subject of a lengthy and extremely expensive court case we have temporarily suspended the old existing RaceXpert Software and Online Service.   Current members and brand new RaceXpert sign ups should however note that all subscriptions will be honoured in full and we will be launching a brand new and extremely quick online version of RaceXpert later in the year. This will features lots of new and much more accurate ratings, plus a host of brand new interactive features. The old buggy software which was very slow, prone to errors and is now completely out of date will be totally ditched.   The new super fast online version of the very successful RaceXpert service will be continually updated with lots of amazing features and live data feeds. Indeed it will maintain our position as the UK´s number one horse racing service.   We will be looking to you for input and new ideas so make sure you let us know what you would like to see !!   Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you and make sure that you keep a close eye on this page and / or your e-mail inbox for our launch day e-mail.
